Mike Grier scores with 4.6 seconds left in the third period to give the Sabres a wild 6-5 win over the Flyers in Philadelphia. The Sabres overcame the news that head coach Lindy Ruff's daughter was suffering from a brain mass, not to mention an early 2-0 deficit and a shaky performance by goaltender Ryan Miller, who allowed five goals before being replaced by Marty Biron to start the third period. In the third, the Sabres outshot the Flyers 14-1 and outscored them 2-0. It was the Sabres' fifth straight win, extending their overall hot streak to 12-1-2, and their 20th one-goal victory of the season. The win epitomized the spirit of the 2005-06 Buffalo Sabres.

Nice! It really was one to remember. Do Sabres lead league in one goal wins?
