Both of Austria's games to date - an 8-0 win against South Korea and a 10-5 triumph against Great Britain - have drawn sold-out crowds at 3,100-seat TWK Arena. nfreeman Posted April 17, 2008 Report Share Posted April 17, 2008 As for Vanek, I thought Lindy's comments during the presser and on Schoop were very telling: he said Vanek's scoring was fine, but that he has "a lot of work to do away from the puck to get to the level of being an elite player". He also said Vanek needs to mature a lot as a hockey player and get to the point where he is a good penalty-killer, so that he can be on the ice more (and presumably understand defensive zone play and team play better).
