In the waning minutes Clifton laid out to block a shot then desperately cleared it down the ice with his glove. They never stopped playing.

Strangely, the highlights were pretty much how the whole game went. The Sabres stymied everything the Rangers tried to do and were successful what they did. There weren't that many hits because the Sabres were never far from their marks. It was more shoves and shoulders and bumps than hits, and there were plenty.
