IDK - I think Adams is responsible for creating the culture driving free agents to say "anyone else". It's not like he's just been in the job for just a year....he's had enough (if not too much) time to create an atmosphere to attract top free agents. He has failed and I can't cut him any slack for being new in the job or other legit excuse. He's had 5 years and is sleeping in the crap bed that he's responsible for making.

We desperately need guys who are truly hard-wired to play this style…not hoping that they can be “coached” to play this way. Maybe Kevyn really did watch the playoffs this year. My sarcastic side hopes this current Sabres’ regime doesn’t try to neuter his aggression.
