The team's passing against Columbus seemed really spot-on....tonight it seems like they're trying to hit the same types of passes, but simply failing to do so...ending up with giveaways and no shots.

He needs an Underdog super energy pill! IMHO he's not the same player as last season...not sure if he's playing hurt or not.

Part of me wonders if it should be Mitts that should be with Girgs and Okie. Both are players who will go to the hard places on the ice and battle, which is IMHO the type of player needed to compliment Mitt's game. They may not score a lot of goals, but since Casey is not demonstrating any scoring line proficiency, maybe rework his game defensively with a couple of grinders and maybe some offense can develop.

Didn't realize that Will Carrier already has 8 goals for VGK...always liked his speed and rugged game, but nice to see he's developed a scoring touch now.

If Casey or Victor were on the ice, then maybe it should be something they should consider....otherwise they are nothing but passengers tonight (again). Although Casey did make a nice backcheck earlier in the game.

Philosophically, I agree with you...but then again if this team is leading the league in scoring, then is there a problem? (aside from the Mitts line +/- issues)?
