They said it exactly right...no attention to details, not being in the proper position, constant habit of trying to cheat offensively and turning up ice before they have control of the puck. Anyone who has watched this team for the last 3-4 years has seen this exact play sequence hundreds of times. And I think I'm going to take the Hall of Fame, Multiple Cup Winning D man's opinion over a random poster.

Probably will have ebbs and flows like most teams do during the year and will have to figure out other methods to keep teams off balance. How good they can do that will likely determine how consistent it remains. Currently it's 5th in the NHL. PK has been astonishingly good...#1 in the NHL at 95.7% having killed 22/23 chances. Obviously won't continue this pace but even mid or upper 80s would be significantly better than any of the previous years.

I'm more impressed with the PK. This actually looks like some of the players they have gotten to understand their roles and how to be good PK players and seems like we might be pretty good...obviously no way we maintain this pace but mid to upper 80s would be miles better than where we have been.

Now 5th in the NHL to go along with their stellar NHL best 95.7% kill rate on the PK.

Hopefully punching him in the face comes into play somewhere in there. Preferably with no glove on.

The fact the dude was able to sell that many tickets to this dog crap team should be commended.

They've played two games. Not sure there is much of anything you can draw a conclusion from after that other than the sample size is far too small.
