I just did a quick google and it seems Canada does not have a statute of limitations so there are few guys lawyered up and looking at some prison time in this I’d imagine.

The players told him to delete it but he apparently just kept it and is now giving it to the police. This girl may not even know what happened as she apparently was just passed out on a pool table.
