I work in receiving for a major American retailer and it's essentially company policy to do nothing to stop or deter shoplifters. You can't even go up to someone you suspect of shoplifting and ask if they need any help (seriously). We all joke that instead of cutting hours to save money just get rid of LP because they are essentially barred from stopping theft.

And if we didn't have a clown show in goal with half a dozen guys who had no business playing in the NHL there's a good chance we would've competed for a playoff spot (at least playing meaningful games late in the season) which I think would've helped with the whole culture thing. And if we make that mistake again and end up with Carter Hutton quality goaltending next season all that culture and development goes straight down the toilet.

Member of the NYCSC since 2001. This is something of a fallacy regarding Trotz: He tailors how his teams play based on the roster he has. The Caps certainly didn't play a low event style because they had tons of skilled players. The Isles didn't have lots of skilled players. Think Pat Riley coaching the Showtime Lakers and then coaching the 90's Knicks that won by beating the living ***** out of tbeir opponents

We literally just played an entire month and a half versus almost nothing but teams that had EVERYTHING to play for. If you are fighting to make the playoffs or home ice you aren't going to mail it in versus anyone.

Quinn only at #8 is pretty ridiculous. Guy is scoring goals at a historic clip in the AHL for his age level and was only slowed down by mono and is now seemingly back to scoring at least a goal per game.
