So I just read the Senate Bill.. What a massive give-away or should I say keep-away... There were a number of items in there that could have been used for deficit reduction...

I think it was in both parties best interest to go over the cliff in this made for tv event. Obama cut taxes in his first term and used that fact like a blunt hammer on Romney and the Republicans. It really looks good on you resume be it I or R or D.

If the season must start by 20 Jan, I think we should set a tentative fantasy draft date.. It's either going to happen or it won't. We should start clearing schedules. For those of us in more than one league, there is going to be competition for draft dates if we only have a weekend or two to pick from...

The next couple of weeks should be very interesting to watch. My guess is everything is "for sale" in the upcoming negotiations. Bills written in the heat of the moment usually have lots of unintended consequences and loopholes..

The offense was one dimensional. It was centered around Fitz's inability to complete anything but the short range pass. Teams didn't even need to gameplan as they ran the same offense as last year; but worse this year.
