  1. No different than Rick with his shauuugght.. no matter that is isn't remotely on net.
  2. I like him.. Some one has to. He calls each game with enthusiasm, no matter the team.
  3. Color me surprised.. That is actually Cody's 5th
  4. Schaller with his first assist
  5. it's a barnburner. Hodgson with a rare tally
  6. Sabres have 8 SOG through 7+ minutes. That is half a games worth already
  7. That was one heckuva of an episode last night. Why did Glenn not shoot that impaled guy? Leaving him there was a bit unkind. He was still warm enough to eat.
  8. I don't know. Stevie, for whatever reason was a nonfactor in the SF offense last year. My bet is he does not even make the team.
  9. Sure I can. Percy is a solid citizen. Where are you getting your information from? :flirt:
  10. Good. Cancer starts one cell at a time and spreads.
  11. This is oh so true. Hillary thought she had nomination wrapped up by winning some big states early, political machine and contributions.. She virtually ignored the whole middle of the country. Obama went in there, especially to caucus states and won them, places like Kansas, Nebraska, Dakotas, etc. They were small states electorally speaking, but they added up. Along the way, Teddy Kennedy came out and flipped the literal bird at the Clintons. That rocked them back. The Republicans attacked Hillary and Obama just sort of skated along while she took the brunt of the press and Republicans. It wasn't until his electoral count numbers were significant enough that the press and Republicans took notice. But in my eyes, it was Teddy that did more damage to Hillary than anything else. He made it okay for the Democrats to walk away from Hillary. To me, I saw them as the same candidate. The biggest difference being the war vote which Obama used adroitly to create separation. Arguing who was left of who in the Democratic party is moot. They were left. Both of them
  12. They sure got spanked today.
  13. There is more to this story than meets the eye. Granted, it is not a presidential discussion worthy topic. And granted, she is not the first SoS to do this. But, it is blatantly AGAINST government rules on several levels. I am sure she signed paperwork that said she would not use unsecure, third party email to conduct government business. With the amount of hacking against US government interests and networks, and her direct hand knowledge of such, it is hard to believe she would act so irresponsibly. If the Chinese, Iranians, North Koreans or even say friends like the British knew she was doing this, I would imagine they would have actively engaged in an attempt to break into her nonsecure email. And then there is the whole requirement of government record keeping and accountability. Again, a law she blatantly ignored. She contends that she did not conduct classified business using third party emails. I would imagine this is a real gray line, I would find it hard to believe that some information would not at least considered FOUO at a minimum. That is the real story here.
  14. My money is on the Yotes to finish lower than the Sabres and the Leafs win the lottery
  15. I'm of the opinion that this whole season was for naught as Toronto will end up with McDavid and Yotes will end up with Eichel. The league NEEDS McDavid in Toronto and they NEED Eichel in Zona to save the flagship franchise and the leaky boat franchise.
  16. Not sure I understand your line of reasoning, unless you believe that 'one-puck in practice and the season is over Johnson' or 'Lindy's flotsam Lindback' is the Sabres goalie next year. Jettisoning anyone that could reasonably play goalie in Buffalo has made them worse next year IMO.
  17. I'm curious about Taylor. Ozzie Newsome in Baltimore has a pretty good track record for talent. There was no way Taylor would ever sniff the field with Flacco there. Might be the dark horse of the off season moves.
  18. Well there is no legit goalie in Buffalo. The Enroth trade made them worse.
  19. Damn
  20. Come on Oilers
  21. Big Ben is getting a shiny new contract today..
  22. He will add a level of excitement to play calling not seen here in more than a decade. I say why not. That has to open things up route-wise for Sammy if Harvin is in the backfield.
  23. Oilers mailing it in at Pitt tonight. Edit.. And now the Oilers have cut the deficit in half
  24. Nice to poke the Dolphins in the eye.. If only they could be that devious with the Patriots.
  25. My toast to the season that is/was
