Oh. That's a pain.
-
I think that's how it works. The "giving" team can choose to push the pick to the following year but it is totally unprotected.
-
Peace out Linus

This is depressing

NHL Rumors and Trade Speculation 2021-22 Season

Yandle to the flyers -
This is 100% correct. Only moves up to first count. "Natural" firsts don't.
-
Is Ryan Donato a centre? He's an FA as The sharts decided not to extend a qualifying offer his way.
-
How about if the team said unprotected if Jack plays in x% of the games next season? (Is that even allowed in cba?)
-
Hopefully. It makes a lot of sense to have your 2 best best Dmen on separate lines too. They'll be on ice for the vast majority of a game.

Interesting pic up on Eichels Instagram stories. Just a shot of some gym equipment. It's he suggesting he is back in training?? Forgot to screenshot it though, so I can see it anymore.

KA presser just now. To paraphrase: Adams has no problem with Jack, would welcome him on the team at training camp.
-
Not much on him. Just a sniff at SHL with Malmo Redhawks where I presume he will stay in J20 to begin. Big guy though.

Viljami Marjala- Quebec Remparts https://thehockeywriters.com/viljami-marjala-2021-nhl-draft-prospect-profile/ Viljami Marjala – NHL Draft Projection Marjala is one of those players who could hear his name get called at any time on the second day of the draft. Some boards have him going as early as the late second round while others have him falling down to the fifth round. Look for him to go at some point in the third round or early fourth. Quotables “Marjala is a very skilled offensive forward who can play at center or wing. His strengths are in the offensive zone where he can make great plays but he also knows how to finish them. He is a very good skater and capable of making plays at high speed.” Jokke Nevalainen, Dobber Prospects “Overall, Marjala plays the kind of winning hockey that coaches desire from their player regardless of role or skill set. The sum of his skills adds up to a smart, unselfish, team-first player, who seamlessly fits in any scheme. His stealth-like presence pounces on unaware opponents leading to offensive opportunities.” Danny McGillicuddy, The Draft Analyst

Is Duke still on the board? -
That's nuts. Hopefully does well in USHL next year! Then aces the Russian 101 class at uni as he dominates.
