The game is streaming on ESPN+, so it should be an MSG game. The Habs have played 2 more games and are 8 points ahead of the Sabres which is pretty sick considering they have a -23 goal differential and the Sabres is -10. The Sabres at home should win but if they don’t start fast this turns into a road game quickly. -
Joker could fetch a 2nd rounder so maybe him. Conner Clifton. Why isn’t he playing? He was listed with illness. Is he wanting out? Could he be moved?

Yes, but it was actually about the near term financials. They have been running lean since Botterill's firing in 2020. I have to admire Botterill for refusing to buy into Pegula's new plan, fired just 3 weeks after he was given a vote of confidence by Kim and Terry. Read this article and then think about the last 5 year since Botterill's firing. It's pretty sad. https://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockey/nhl/nhl-buffalo-sabres-kevyn-adams-new-gm-jason-botteril-1.5613804

He said a nice coffee. Starbucks is oily sweet sludge.

100%. Adam’s is very conservative, to the point of making no progress in the standings. In 5 years he built a bottom 5 team. His record should get him fired.

The somehow is the 13 game losing streak. Dahlin was hurt or out, Power and Byram failed to pick up the slack back there, I can through Mule in there too. All of them play defense poorly. We have Dahlin so having both Byram and Power is redundant. One of them should be traded. Of the two, I would move Byram. Power still has more potential should he decide to get stronger and grow a pair. The other thing about the losing streak is the coaching and front office. I recall a lot of panic, extra days off, lots of line shuffling, and of course the lack of a GM move culminated by Terry's pep talk in Montreal. The whole organization from players, coaches, GM, owner is responsible for another ruined season. The key players that I could move on from are: Byram, Muel, Cozens and probably Quinn.

Certainly didn't mean to imply you made it up. Not at all. Regarding Krueger, I definitely saw news out of Edmonton that he got a bad deal, but most of the news I heard contained much surprise by the his hiring. He was out of the NHL for 8 years, and out of hockey all together at the time.
