Open for business. 3rd week in a row with a sore throat due to allergies. But, the Sabres won, my brother is coming here tonight, and my house survived the storms here. Unfortunately, my wife's new school did not. However, I am personal friends with a few of the teachers currently in that building, 1 happens to be a die hard Sabres fan.

My boy has a cold... But, at 18 months old mind you, I just went into his room to settle him and i told him that the sabres won and he yelled. He's asleep now, so there's nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile!

Ownership change... Should be a huge deal. I just don't care, and I'm pissed that I don't care! In 2002-2003, I was super excited about the TG deal. Today, I don't care. Just beat the penguins tomorrow. Oh yeah, i'm also pissed that I have grad school work for 2 classes and my son broke his arm last weekend. Since he's not in any pain, I won't complain about that, just the lack of sleep!

I've been there before... Have you had to give up the master suite for them though?

8:30pm After our "homestand" and the Pominville incident, if the Sabres don't come out on fire tonight and least try to beat the crap out of the Hawks, I'm beginning to wonder if Lindy will even make it out of October as Sabres coach. Someone a little high up on the totem pole will need to take the fall. However, with that said, I have some strong confidence that the Sabres will dominate. 9-0 Buffalo, 0 goals by vanek, 12 shots into the pads though... Lalime's first shutout this year. Open for business. No complaints today, except for the fact that I made a halloween party invitation and neglected to put a "sluttiest costume wins" disclaimer at the bottom. I did use mac pages for the first time though to generate the card. Definitely no complaints there. It's an easy program to use and its just as effective as MS Word.

10pm is going to be a stretch for me, but I had some things come up yesterday and totally forgot about the draft. I will definitely be ready to roll tomorrow night so that I can pick up Lalime as my starter.

Open for business today. I have a couple complaints. First, the sabres ical season schedule was set for all games in the AM instead of PM. Jacked up my google calendar. Luckily, i re downloaded the calendar and it was fixed. Second, the Buffalo Bills. WTF! I just want my football team to COMPETE... At the end of the day, its a way of life, but its entertainment. I'm not being entertained watching a JV team play in the NFL. Third, first day of fall and it's going to be 95 degrees outside. Again, WTF.
