Yea, there are some real issues with this team still. I can only hope I don't hear the 2 month excuses anymore. Eichel was made Captain, he SHOWED 0, yes 0 indication tonight he deserved that role. Eichel is starting his 10 mil a season for 8 season contract. Shutout? The HOME OPENER...………….Yea, color me a jump to conclusion kinda guy, but Eichel will never live up to that Contract.

Dougherty is an RHD, Phil had a hand in this I'd imagine. I remember reading something about Dougherty and Housley, Minnesota, something about Phil was very high on him due to some tournament? Can't really remember, I'll look it up. edit: can't find anything, maybe it was at the 14 draft when they selected him, I just remember the connection being brought up with this kid.
