Nobody in front of the net, nobody to win faceoffs, who would have thought.... Oh pretty much everyone in here but not our coaches or staff.

Again, and I'll state it for the 3rd time (not being a tool I just think you are misreading something), I don't want Cozens benched, although his scoring is down a bit he still brings toughness, he can still score and his play isn't so bad that he needs to be benched right now. Power I think 100% needs to be benched, not only is his play really bad, it's detrimental to the team and imo has caused us to lose at least 2 games that I saw where he was not taking the guy who scored the goal. I don't remember the exact games but he is sturggling mightily this season. That doesn't mean I've given up on him or want him traded etc. I'm just saying maybe a few games watching above in the press box will do him some good because his confidence is pretty bad which dictates how he's playing right now. That's all I meant, I think for the most part most of us want the same things, just to see this team succeed but sometimes addition by subtraction is the way to go imo.

I didn't say sit Cozens... Yet. Or here is a concept if Cozens is still having issues... Bring up Kulich who is actually playing well and see if he can give us a spark and if he does maybe it will light a bit of a fire under Cozens to start playing like we know he can. We're supposed to have the deepest prospect pool in the NHL, isn't it time to start using it to our advantage? You're not making much sense, so guys who arent producing much , if we bench them we'll lose points to Pittsburgh? You think benching a struggling Owen Power is truly going to make us lose 2 points? So we should just let Power derail the season because he was the #1 overall pick? The lesson should be if you play like crap i don't care if you were the #1 overall pick your ass is sitting for someone who feels like showing up each night.

There are forwards on this team not producing, I'm not saying calling up kids from Rochester will get us to the playoffs but if they happen to produce with the Sabres also over the players not producing is that not a better option? I'm not really seeing many posters saying we'll instantly make the playoffs but sitting oon our hands and hoping these guys turn it around is counter productive also imo. What are you seeing from Devin Levi that shows he's ready for the NHL? Last season he stole a few games for us in a short time frame. This season he's giving up big rebounds and just hasn't had that game where he was the clear cut reason why we won the game and thats what you need out of our goaltenders right now especially when players are struggling to produce goals through injury and just having a rough go. I don't think it's a bad thing sending the gaolie down to gain more experience who can be called back up if needed because having 3 goalies is pretty dumb and if Levi isnt sent down then send Comrie.

I disagree with this, not benching a player because "who are we starting in his place" just means we're not playing our best players. I see nothing wrong with benching a player who is not producing. I don't really agree with Cozens yet, he shows toughness, scores (not as much as last season at this point) but I do see him giving up the puck which I don't like to see and if it continues I'd sit him. Power should 100% be sitting for his play though, that dude has been an absolute liability this season (I'm not totally down on him) since I remember that Dahlin took some time but he has been brutal this season imo. As scary as this sounds I'd take my chances with Bryson over him at this point, yeah he's been that rough!

Get the guy who destroyed Cozens face, add someone like Corey Perry or David Perron. Not sure of any other names I've seen available as far as forwards go but if we wait until the deadline we'll probably be bounced by then so the point would probably be moot.

I try not to be a debbie downer but it's just so hard with this team unfortunately. Both Adams and Granato should not be here if we miss the playoffs... Adams is going into his 5th year, still no veteran goalie, still no legit faceoff guy, re-signing of Girgensons/Okposo, Not doing nearly enough at the deadline last season. Granato is going into year 4.... We're still god awful at faceoffs, the power play looks lost on most nights, our defense looks lost on most nights, the players don't play at a high enough compete level as their talent level suggests and to me that's on the coach to bring that out of them, he's a solid developmental coach but not nearly good enough to get us a cup imo.

The unfortunate part is that he should have been paired with a solid veteran goalie and instead Kevyn Adams made him our savior. Most of this message board knew that was a bad idea but our GM does not. I think he will be a solid goalie in the future but I also think he should be sent down to the AHL, he just doesn't look ready yet imo.

Typical, until we get a real head coach in here this will be what we get.

Yeah I guess it's more touristy but even people who have lived here for most of their lives speak about it like it's the holy grail. To each their own I guess but I find the food to be mediocre and the atmosphere also. I actually like Arby's more than BWW, the fish sandwich is maybe the best fast food fish sandwich I've ever had. Again everyone is different and BWW is always packed so I'm probably in the minority.

I didn't know it was based in Minnesota, thanks for the info. Still not a fan! I thought I was going to catch heat for that to be honest, I know so many people love them. I don't hate them it's just not my type of music.

Anchor Bar- Any of them, the food at least to me is vastly overrated and over priced (Like everything now a days but still). Buffalo Wild Wings- Shouldn't it just be Wild wings here? Also a place that not only I felt the food was meh but it got me sick twice and i havent gone back to it since 1997. The Goo Goo Dolls- I was never a fan of the music, I never got what the hype was about but it was always "hey they're from Buffalo, Ny".

This team reminds me of the Sabres team we saw before they looked like they were turning it around.... Not alot of nights where the compete level is at a high level, looked absolutely lost on defense and if we had better goaltending we could steal a bunch of wins. UPL is looking good but Levi and Comrie are really struggling and this would be ideal to have a legit goaltender veteran who could help elivate UPL who's been pretty good out of the bunch. It's kind of sad that you have to ignite a flame under a team to raise their compete level at this high of a stage in professional hockey. I finally saw Samuelsson hit people last night which is a good sign but too many nights our big guys are a bunch of pansies out there. Our HC needs to raise his compete as well, instead of being passive it's time to ignite the flame in these kids but unfortunately that is not Don Granato.

Or in front of the net, I mean Greenway is huge and literally is standing off to the side. As a coach doesn't Granato teach this? Isn't this hockey 101, get in front of the net?
