Lindy is a failed HC now both in NJ and Buff, putting him upstairs because of nostalgia is absolutely ridiculous. So He's not good enough to hack it as a HC but he'll magically be better as a hockey operations guy in a role he's never been in anywhere? This is exactly why I didn't want Ruff back, he's going to set this franchise back another 5 seasons, he's clearly past his prime.

Ruff can't even cut it as a HC and we're putting him up in the office? Maybe stop hiring ex Sabres coaches who are well past their prime?

There are plenty more problems other than Cozens, Mattias Samuelsson, Peyton krebs, Sam Lafferty, Owen Power, Jack Quinn. I'm sure I'm forgetting others as well!

They unfortunately do this every season, a slight surge at the end with nothing at stake leaves us thinking maybe they're righting the ship. We need elite talent and the 0only way we're getting that is through the draft and trades, since were on most players NTC the draft is all we got. The new motto instead of "the whole reason for existing is to win cups" well it's now "The whole reason for existing is the NHL Draft Lottery".

I noticed that it says on the elite prospects website that goalie Topias Leinonen is unsigned, I know that should mean we didn't sign him but hockey is weird and I won't act like I know what that means in the hockey world. Does this mean we don't own his rights any longer? That would suck considering we sunk a 2nd round pick into him. Is he eligible for the AHL next season? Is he ready? It looks like he's having a decent season this year.

Pretty much everything we’ve been saying for the past 13 years. If we had a competent GM I believe things would be much different. Anytime a GM says he isn’t going for it because he doesn’t want to “block” anyone is asinine to me.

This is a really hard one for me. People are saying fans yet the building most nights are either empty or half and half crown ( and against canadian teams were outnumbered) so i can't say fans. People say our captain but it took him awhile to get going and although he's a bright spot of our lineup he has been here throughout the entire drought and is now the capatain and nothing has changed so I can't really call him a strength. Not coaches or management. I guess i'll have to get behind the Logo and uniforms as the only viable answer which is really sad to just watch games because the logo looks nice on a uniform.
