I haven't been able to sign into game centre either. I have Rogers and centre ice pack so it's suppose to be free. I was on the phone with Rogers tech people for an hour and a half on Friday and at the end they discovered there was a problem with the app on their end and said it should be fixed in 24 to 48 hours. Still isn't fixed for me....

I'm very original :flirt: I was 8. Can't remember a sports day like this. Going to my brothers in an hour to watch the Jays game and then having some family over (the non-leaf supporter ones) for the Sabres game tonight. :beer:

I think it's a fair trade too. Right now I'm paying for potential with a guy (Fitz) that's the second best wide receiver in football through a month of the season. But if my wideouts can give me anything I should be good to go with a foundation of Bell and Lacy as my starting backs.

Meh, Pysyk has played 70 NHL games to this point and has been playing professional hockey for three full years (four years removed from his draft). He may still be defined as a rook but he's got some decent NHL experience. Weber and Franson both scare me a bit 5 on 5 so I would rather pair them together and give them low minutes 5 on 5 with Franson getting PP1 time.

Add in his defensive capabilities and I think he will eventually be a great 3rd line player who gives us depth down the middle. Didn't he have the best Corsi on the team last year (not that it was still anything to write home about).

As I said, they will become third pairing in short order.

Possibly. Maybe I'm rating his potential a little too high in my mind but I would not want to risk him being sent down.

Yes, I love the potential of that pairing. They may start off as the third pairing but should move ahead of Weber and Franson in short order (assuming Bogo is out for awhile).

Not positive but I think he has to clear waivers if sent down. Almost no chance he clears so he won't be sent down. I think his style of play translates to the third line myself.

I just don't think I have the WR depth to make this trade. I would be more interested in the first trade proposal you made than this one. I only have Jones, Cooper and Fitz that I can remotely rely on. So I was going back and forth on the original offer that included Fitz, knowing I wasn't really getting any wideout back. But I think it would be too tough for me to lose 2 of the 3. Let me take a look at the rosters and see if I can counter with something.

Of course their goal is not to intentionally lose millions of dollars every year. But you are saying every owners goal is to make money above winning and there's no way you can prove that either and I can't imagine that to be the case. -

Completely disagree. Many of these owners are wealthier than you and I can dream of. These franchises are toys to some of them. -
We have centre depth for the first time in God knows how long. Being deep down the middle wins championships. I want a LHD like you but I'm in no rush to trade a centre unless an offer absolutely blows me away.
