  1. See for yourself. Also there is an article in the Buffalo News today behind a paywall so I cant read it
  2. Dropped passes isn’t a weather thing, it’s a Bills thing. It appears that the Buffalo News has an article about it (posted 5 hours ago) but it’s behind a pay wall. This is from NBC Sports
  3. This is the difference, the Bills are not crushing teams. They are barely squeaking by right now
  4. The run game is getting better, and a bit more relied upon, after Josh hurt his elbow. It was ineffective yesterday because the Jets D was dominant. The Bills really have one true deep threat (Diggs) because he can catch almost anything. Davis is useful but he’s not going to be making spectacular jumping one hand, off the helmet type catches Diggs can pull off. Mckenzie (who replaced Beasley) is a liability more than anything because he can’t catch a ball if his life depended on it. Knox is not anywhere near the caliber the Bills need him at TE. with all of the injuries the defense has had to deal with, they are pretty solid. Except for Johnson. The offense is target him because he cannot make a play on the ball. IMO he is the biggest liability on the defense
  5. Hahahaha no one says they’re not a great team but there is always room Improvement. If you don’t think that because of their record, then who’s the ***** idiot? IMO KC is the new Patriots for the Bills. Always have their number when it counts the most.
  6. Absolutely. You take Diggs out of the equation, then you have Josh running. I know they just re-signed Smoke and that may take some heat off of Diggs but smoke only got what one target. Hopefully they’ll get him more involved in the last several games. I’m am not sold on Knox at all. The Bills need someone that is very hard to stop like like a Kelce or Gronk.
  7. The Bills are 10-3 and you have to be happy about that. There is also some reason to be concern since the offense isn’t dominating like they did in the beginning of the season. Matter of fact the offense seems to be struggling even in the last three wins (not so much against the Patriots) plus people are never going to be happy unless thet go undefeated through the Super Bowl
  8. It had nothing to with they were playing the #3 defense? The one that, in two games, sacked Josh 7 times? I was listening to Sal Capaccio this morning in Howard & Jeremy and he felt that the weather didn’t play much of a roll. He said it was steady snow but rhere was virtually no wind. if the weather was that bad why did the Jets have 100 yards more in passing than the Bills? THE bills are almost totally one dimensional and that is a big problem. Thw run game is getting better but against the Jets D that was going to be impossible.
  9. I’m definitely happy to see a win. As I was saying to a buddy, this is going to come down to what defense flinches. The Bills O-line could not handle the Jets D-line whatsoever in the first half. i don’t agree with the offense is not built for winter weather. In the second half, as the snow got heavier the offense got better. If what you said was a thing, shouldn’t the offense get worse as the snow got heavier?
  10. Hahahaha you’re making sounds like it was a blizzard. I’m not even questioning Josh’s accuracy. Matter of fact he hit his receivers they just couldn’t catch it. did the weather changes when the Jets had the ball? The jets seemed to have made catches
  11. I made my initial comment in the first half when the offense was playing like *****.
  12. I don’t consider that an excuse. They play in Buffalo, they need to learn how to play in it.
  13. What in the living ***** is going in right now. The Bills offense look horrendous. At least the D is shutting the Jets down.
  14. True most teams make enough to break even at best so I’m not saying turning a profit. With how bad attendance has been this season, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were hemorrhaging money. They have to fill the arena for every game next season or something will have to change. I’m not against the plan but i am concerned that its too slow. I wonder if it’s slow because Adams can’t find the players he needs to fill holes. I’m just guessing at this point. Just doing some venting. at least the games are watchable and that may help start bring some fans back to the arena
  15. I’m sure he’s keeping in touch with the other teams but he’s not in a rush to do anything at this point. He knows this team isn’t a playoff team and don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up. At the moment they have buy-in from the players to the owners. He will do some moves in the offseason (nothing crazy because he’s not going to be picking from the cream of the crop). I worry that he’s holding out hope that he’s capture lightning in a bottle for a second time and Levi will develop quickly once he’s done with college.
  16. Like @Taro T said, the Pegula’s have been very bi-polar when it comes to “the plan” for this team. If the team doesn’t do well after 2-3 years they scrap that plan and go to the next. The Pegulas know that the team has to win consistently to put ***** back in the seats. If Adams can get the team to win consistently, then it’s on to the next great plan although I’m not really sure what that would be at this point. They have done just w everything. if Adams isn’t on the hot seat by next season, Granato will be if they don’t become consistent. maybe the Pegulas have decided to see this plan through, no matter how long it takes. I guess time will tell
  17. True and I agree with what the plan is. If the seats are as empty next season as it is this season, then he will absolutely be on the hot seat. It’s all about the money at this point for the Pegula’s. This is a sinking ship financially and that is why they fired everyone and had Adams sign scrubs at the league minimum. They know they’re going to need to spend money on the kids eventually to maintain status quo.
  18. They’re *****, Plain and simple. They don’t have the depth, IN ROCHESTER, (figure I’d clarify before people start whining about depth elsewhere that is completely unavailable). This already a fragile team on defense. Lose one or both (god forbid Anderson gets hurt too) there will be a lot of losing
  19. I also believe that no matter what the plan is, if Adams doesn’t start put ***** in the seats next season, he is on the hot seat or the organization is going to be on the market.
  20. I agree that it appears to be a stable and maybe the players have more inside information so we will see. I’m sure people thought the front office was stable with Bots until he got fired, a month after the pegulas publicly supported him. When you do ***** like that, it’s going to cause people in the industry to question how you run your organization
  21. It hasn’t been stable for 10 years. The Pegulas usually fire the GM and/or the coach in 2-3 years. Why would anyone in the NHL not wait for at least 3 years to see what happens with the front office? The Pegula’s literally fire the whole front office just two years ago.
  22. IMO they got so use to the cute quick passes, that resulted in goals, in the past few games they thought they could do it against a perennial playoff team. Several times last night, even in the last 10 mins of the game, they were trying the across ice passes instead of taking the shot. Not surprising the passes consistently got broken up. tage also has to learn to get free when being double teamed. He will now be constantly taken out of plays if he doesn’t learn that.
  23. You’re correct. I asked my son who was #38 when it happened and he said Murray. Still a good play after getting absolutely burned.
  24. I don’t thing he’s a blind oblivious idiot. I just think he is up against a wall because no player that is worth a ***** is going to come to the Sabres right now. At least not until they show that the front office is stable and they start winning consistently. After this off season (as long as Terry doesn’t do anything stupid) the league will see that the front office has stabilized. Next year this team has to start winning consistently and playing good on both sides of the puck. If that happens, then you’ll see some decent moves begin to happen.
  25. After some thought I’ve realized three games is appropriate. Matthews got two games after he cross-checked Dahlin in the head during the Heritage Classic and that was without causing injury. Skinner caused injury so an extra game for that .
