Baptiste in on the 4-on-4. That's what I like to see.

Was shucking oysters all 2nd period and was only able to look up a couple times lest I stab myself with my oystersaber. Glad we're still keeping them off the board. Finish them. Remember the Philly-cave, remember your failure at the Philly-cave.
Remember the Alamo; remember the Death Star!

Last year we were a very solid "comeback in the 3rd period" team. So far, small sample size, but we've been starting much better. Would like the Philly game to be a regulation win... but good to see us starting games a bit better (in general). Perhaps a sign of some growth.

Impressive. Most impressive.
Day games. Let's only play day games.
-
Good to keep focus on that blocked shot. Domo arigato Mr. Okposo.
-
And we're back to the afternoon and evening games jabs!
-
Good action so far.
Yup, moving quickly. And Larsson picked off a pass, didn't see anything for a quick jugular strike, and passed it back to the D. Excellent. Possess that puck, guys.
The Risto carry-in needs to lead to a shot, though, gents!

Can I admit to be looking forward to watch Mathews in the Toronto/Montreal game?
Toronto has been fun to watch -- Matthews too. Weber breaks the tie. Now that's how you run a PP against only 3 defenders.
I hope our Nylander becomes as good as his older brother. He's fun.
-
Nah, I don't think anything will come of it.
I would hope nothing, but I have no idea anymore how this league determines its discipline.

This point goes here. That one goes there. Right?
-
Bogo just slashed the ref. It's like he gets tunnel vision in his fits of rage.
So -- is that a suspension? Certainly a fine.
-
Feel the Moulson, Rhino!
-
I'd really love to not get outshot by 400% again this third period with a lead.
Remember the Alamo, remember the Death Star!

The Panthers woke up that period and looked better. But I'd argue so did we. Good period.
-
I like him, and he brings a good aspect to the game. But I haven't seen D-Lo since the first period and we've looked like we haven't missed a beat.
And! as I said that, there he is.
-
Good play by Jagr to tip that puck back while Kulikov was ... interfering/tackling.
Has Fasching been on the PK all year (when he's played)? Good trust in the kid.
-
RJ and Ray are chippy today. I like it. It's a good dynamic. Ray's eyes are better at night. "This afternoon..." etc.
-
is there an echo in here? :flirt:
I used the Moulson to read their
thoughtsposts. -
Almost Moulson. Just a good stick by Ekblad.
-
I was afraid the pinch was going to be too slow. But ... Franson? got there just in time. You are in command now, Okposo.
edit: Rasmus. Obviously, Franson wouldn't have gotten there in time.
-
That power play looked like a power play. Good to see Fasching out there instead of Grant. (still catching back up)
-
Xbox dropped the game! But I assume that Risto tracked that loose puck down, somehow they transitioned back up ice and scored. If that's the case, that was a fantastic shift. Move the fleet out of the asteroid field so we can send a clear transmission!
-
Okposo, Fasching, and O'Reilly. If this line can possess the puck and get a cycle going, they could grind down a team's defense. But not a lot of speed there.

Bring my shuttle. A toast to Tim Nowak!

I am really glad Baptiste looked up and saw Byfuglien there. Buff casts a pretty big shadow, but it wouldn't have been nice to see the kid destroyed there.
