IMO, the best way to be positioned is to always be in good with the local tech recruiters. They will contact you with jobs they have and if you make a good impression, you will be one of the first people they get in touch with. I've switched jobs 3 times like this, all while I wasn't even looking to make a move, they just got in touch with me, I listened to what they had and it was too big of a salary increase to pass up...15-20K each time. Once was a LinkedIn recruiter with the company who contacted me directly. That's the other thing...I always make sure to listen and talk with them even if its only for a few minutes here and there...that goodwill cannot be understated in the opportunities it will generate for you over time. Tech is tech and getting more techy all the time, but at the end of the day it still comes down to people and relationships more than most think.

Sabres Have The No.1 Prospect Group - The Athletic
matter2003 replied to GASabresIUFAN's topic in The Aud Club
I'd say it's more a problem of consistency. There are certainly games where they do actually do that. The problem is they aren't seemingly willing to do it night in and night out. Or at least the majority of the time. I'd say right now, it's maybe 15-30% of the time. That being said, it isn't a requirement to be good... Sabres average 20.12 hits per game, Avalanche 20.20 and Hurricanes 17.42...doesn't seem to hurt them. -
Not the mods overstepping their boundaries, that's for sure.

I am so out of here when I retire and moving abroad where cost of living is cheap as hell in US dollars while I collect SSI in US Dollars. Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, one of those other warm countries like Ecuador, Chile, etc..

Sabres Have The No.1 Prospect Group - The Athletic
matter2003 replied to GASabresIUFAN's topic in The Aud Club
Well, not quite...TMGM basically decimated that original top prospect pool in a year or two trying to speed up the rebuild and we were left with almost nothing in the pipeline starting from scratch again once he was fired. -

We have for a few years now because unlike other previous GM's, Adams refuses to trade prospects to speed things up. Might be a good thing in the end, we will see I guess. At the end of the day, having the best prospect pool is far better than not having any. At the end of the day, I just want him to get it right the way the Bills got it right...if it takes a year or to longer than we would like, then so be it. -

Enough with the "too small" comparisons... STOP THE FALSE NARRATIVE THIS TEAM IS SMALL!! Sabres are tied for 5th in the NHL in average height and 9th in average weight. They are one of the biggest teams in the NHL now. A few small skilled players won't hurt them. -
You should try TwoBillsdrive if you think this is bad. There is a mod that that holds vendettas against certain people. It's pretty shameful behavior for a mod honestly.

Small advantage Sabres... Florida has the 5th worst record all-time for teams that are still in the NHL on February 27th at 3-7-0-4, good for a .357 points percentage. Sabres are marginally better at 7-11-3-0, good for a .405 points percentage(10th worst). The worst team? Seattle Kraken who are 0-1. The worst team with more than one game is the Arizona Coyotes 2-14-0-2, good for a dismal .167 points percentage. The best team? Minnesota Wild who are 8-2-0-0 good for an .800 points percentage all-time.

How the hell do our players get injured in practice so much?

Sabres have allowed the fewest goals in the NHL since January 1st

I agree with Robinson...he has had a LOT of good chances around the net and seemingly always shoots the puck right into the goalie. -
Sabres have allowed the fewest goals in the NHL since January 1st
matter2003 replied to Big Guava's topic in The Aud Club
Well yes and no...on a goals allowed/game basis they are 4th since January 1st, but the difference is very very marginal. Jets are first allowing 2.10 goals per game, Sabres are 4th allowing 2.16 goals per game. The top 4 teams are all within .06 goals allowed/game of each other. So make no mistake, they have been VERY good during that time frame at decreasing scoring against. They are 7th over that time frame at shots allowed/game. -

Apparently they are from what I can find on reddit and a quick google search

We are going to be getting some snow in WNY early next week...not huge amounts but likely 6-12", potentially more, still too early to say with certainty.

Sure there are...things like GH, Testosterone at supraphysiological levels, a few other steroids and now even some of the stronger SARMs do. If you said do it within the guidelines of what is acceptable by the league then probably not.

Buffalo Buzzwords You’re Tired of Hearing

I don't mess with ranch on salads at all...Italian, Greek or Bleu Cheese for me...even just a plain olive oil and balsamic vinegar is good.
