DR is making the right moves hes not going to go overboard. How its set up IMO is 2-3 lines of skill with a sprinkling of grit and a 4th line of Tough guys.

I would not doubt Buffalo made that offer. They want Shane Doan so bad they can taste it. IMO Buffalo is one of the front runners in the doan sweepstakes. If you look at it logically IF doan only cared about winning a cup before he retires he would have signed on with Pitt, Vancouver or LA. Doan is looking for a team that NEEDS him, realistically if he leaves phx he would either pick Vancouver, buffalo or Detroit.

IMO Mike Green is not worth a 3 yr- 18.25 mil contract. I believe the first contract they offered him was better for both parties.

Leggio should NOT fire his agent. This was a perfect move for him in all aspects. 1. He played really well for the amerks and Roloson. 2. He has a chance to be a call up if either miller goes down or Enroth gets traded. 3. If he has the kind of season he did last year...alot of teams will want him next year. The only reason why no other teams picked him up this off season IMO is because he was a no-name player last year.

I think 18th is pretty good considering our past seasons and draft picks. Fla,NYI, Min and so on are going to be higher on the list natural because of higher draft picks. Fla has been stock pilling young d-men for the last 3 yrs.
