Buffalo has a very slim chance of getting Parise but if we do we can't afford anybody else. Also Buffalo would probably have to clear some cap space in the following years.

Tpegs pulls out all the stops and gets Rick Nash for Pysyk, Roy, Srafford and a 1st and conditional 2nd. Gaustad gets re-signed to Buffalo for a resonable 2yr deal. Sekera gets traded for 3 ahl players and a 2nd round draft pick. ........Then the biggest shocker Buffalo signs Ryan Sutter for 6 yrs and ridiculous money. I think Tpegs and Darcy want a few stars on the team and are willing to risk it.

Ive been a long time fan of the amerks and currently a season ticket holder and after this year it just feels like buffalo is neglecting the amerks. I understand that an AHL team is only exist to train rookies and get them NHL ready but after the weird rash of injuries last season amerks got f$&@ed and buffalo only hired 2 college players to fill the spots. I'm just worried because during the off season buffalo let a few good amerks players go to the khl and euro leagues and fired jay McKee the assistant coach. But before last season even started buffalo only hired vets like mike Ryan (who only played 12 games), drew McIntyre, and joe Finley to help out the amerks. I rather see Buffalo become a great team and win the cup before the amerks but after July 1st darcy should look what's left on free agency for the amerks and let Tpegs money rain. Sorry about the rant I'm just still pissed Toronto marlies swept the amerks in the first round of the playoffs. I hate to burst people's bubbles but Buffalo probably wouldnt get Ryan or Parise. Here are some reasons why- JVR just got traded and now a spots open for Ryan on Philly. He mentioned on his twitter he wanted to go to Philly if traded. coincidence......I think not. I don't know what the ducks will get in return but possibly Columbus draft picks and Matt Read who knows? Parise is going to say in NJ or go to a team like the kings, rangers, or the wild. Buffalo will definitely be in talks but will come up short. Finally, I'll add Rick Nash to this cluster F$&@. It's simple unless Howson stops asking for your best prospects and your first born child Nash is staying put. I pray to god that my predictions are wrong because Buffalo needs more star forwards. On a side note- I think picking up semin might be a good idea for the sabres.

Sekera/ 2nd for Keith Yandle sounds good to me. Haha

Ryans definitly worth Stafford/Sekera/ 1st. Buffalo has alot of young d-men coming up in the system so sekera is expendable. Stafford for Ryan........Do I really have to justifiy that with a response. Miller for Ryan/Hiller on the other hand I don't like that trade. We would need more in return like a draft pick or a mid-level prospect along with Ryan and Hiller.
