  1. Uh. That went in off a Canuck, no?
  2. The Sedins aren't dead yet. That was beautiful. Well, minus the whole being a goal against thing.
  3. Girgensons with some nice play in the offensive zone. Yes, I'm ignoring his point pass to nobody.
  4. Not only that, but this team needs more than 1 line that can generate offense. O'Reilly and Okposo will be fine with a lesser winger.
  5. I'll say it again: I want the puck on Reinhart's stick more. And yes, I know the turnovers tonight.
  6. That's right, he is dangerous...Thor-ny.
  7. Wasn't Markstrom a massive turd for the first many years of his NHL career?
  8. You seem feisty tonight. And awake for a west coast game. Ol' lady turned ya down...again...huh? :p
  9. Good news: your letters of recommendation and in-major GPA mean between three and five bazillion times more than the GRE scores.
  10. At 1545. Two units on the Sabres.
  11. If Anaheim wanted Nylander, and Murray was willing to deal him...would you venture a guess as to why such a deal wasn't consummated at the draft? If Murray wasn't willing to deal then, I can't imagine he would now when Anaheim's leverage has gone down.
  12. Anaheim is at the cap (well $300k under, but still), so figure they have to clear the entirety of Lindolm's eventual salary from the cap. Kane for Fowler adds $1M, and even if we retain 50%, it still leaves the Ducks needing to free up $3.5-4M depending on what Lindolm signs for. We don't have the cap space to take a contract dump, either. It simply isn't workable even if the Ducks were interested.
  13. This helps them fit Lindolm under the cap...how? ;)
  14. It's also worth noting we're only at about $1.7M in cap space. Just acquiring Fowler would require some maneuvering, but if we tack Silfverberg on top of that, we'd need to find about $6M in space. Given the Ducks' cap situation, a 3rd team would have to be involved.
  15. No. I like Silfverberg, but he's really just a nice player and nothing more. If they want Nylander, I want Lindolm.
  16. A Fox News host, who prior to the debate made clear he wasn't going to be fact checking the candidates...ended up fact checking... the Republican candidate. Unreal. Donald Trump in a nutshell.
  17. It's the latter. Motivated reasoning.
  18. I've taken it as best player, not best Sabre. The length of service really only matters for the latter.
  19. And now snide remarks about age! Is anyone telling us to sit down and shut up actually going to address the criticisms on the merits?
  20. Take it for what it's worth since I've only been watching since the early 90s, but I think O'Reilly should be way higher than that.
  21. Nonsense.
  22. Just copy your post from the GDT. That captured most of it.
  23. Well, this thread isn't about whether he will go, but whether he should. I agree he's safe at least through part of next season.
  24. Yea, Ruff might go into Alamo mode with a lead, but Bylsma spends the whole game there :wallbash:
