$4.6 average is too much for Ennis. If everything works out as planned, meaning Sabres hit on majority of these top picks, you end up paying a lot of money for a smallish third line winger. It shouldn't be a problem cap wise considering most of the top young talent the Sabres hope to have over the next few years will be on entry level contracts or bridge contracts.
By that time the cap ceiling might be like 90 million. Its a reasonable contract.

I have to say, the number of Grigorenko jerseys fans had was a bit embarrassing.
I don't get some of you guys , all the things i read of Grigs was that he did very much ok during scrimage, but still people on here saying he sucks donkey balls.
Not saying he did NHL ready ok, but all i read was he was on top 5 of performing prospects, and that does get my hopes up.

It will make my wife feel better, plus it will stop her from buying another dog. She's been talking about rottweilers all day. I love rotties and I want one, but I can't swing $2000 for a dog today lol.
2000 dollar ? that is fully trained dog i hope, Rottweiler pups over here cost like 500 euro.

And Roy has a drinking buddy now, so there's that.
Along with Neal they'll make a nice group to show the young players how to behave off the ice.
If i live in Nashville i'd start going out you might see Neal, Ribeiro and Roy getting sauced in some local bar. Could be a hell of a party :P

My neighbour has one, they still broke in twice since then.
I got a big Dog :P

Me too. I think he will succeed in LA.
Was sad to see him go, think we could have used him this year. He'll do well in LA

BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! BY FAR! I am so happy right now I can not put it into words. Saw many tears of joy last night.
500.000 people at the viewing party in berlin. huging people you ahve never seen before. dancing all night long
Was thinking of going to party in germany myself, but knew i wouldn't get back in time for work on tuesday for sure :P

This made me laugh to much.

well murray said he'd focus on the amerks, and he is doing a good job.

I'm at work, I just followed on ESPN. Com so I didn't actually see it.... But the diving was probably at its finest today, I can only imagine
Didn't see many diving. Did see Argentina and especially Mascherano getting away with way to much.
But that has been this way all tournament long.
One of the sickest goals in the tournament though :D

Except teams keep folding.
Yeah most can't keep up with the big spenders in Russia i think, not really following it very well.
-
Is that league going to last another five years?
I think so, they are expanding nicely into the rest of eastern europe.
Once they can get german / swedish / finnish teams to join, i think they'll become even more of a threat.

Apparently Steve Ott was on XM Radio and said that Buffalo made it clear early on in the process that a return here was not an option.
That is a bit surprising, but maybe they want other types as rolemodels for the kids
-
I only see NHL potential in the top 10, excluding Grigorenko. He'll be gone in a year.
Sadly he is the only in our system good on face offs, so i want him to make it and he will, i sitll believe :D
-
I wonder if we could convince Bobby Ryan to sign with us? If we finish at the bottom and have 1 or 2 overall, just acquire his rights and sign him.
Just imagine......
Moulson-McDavid-Ryan
Hodgson-Reinhart-Stewart? Armia?
Ennis-Girgs-Gionta
Kaleta-Foligno-Delaurie/McCormick/Flynn
I really hope grigorenko shows up next season because i keep wondering who will win faceoffs
-
Can't really support Argentina, they took the fun out of every game during the world cup while having one of the premier offensive line ups.
Just hope Germany destroys them like they did with Brazil.
-
If myers is going anywhere, its to Detroit, They need a franchise defenseman badly, and we are dangling him out there.
-
Don't think it was a question of getting better, it was just about surrounding our young guys with just enough vets to grow and learn.
Also Ott has to many links from his dallas days in St louis, I actually never expected him to come back.
He certainly could have, but we aren't exactly trying to be world beaters here. I think the most obvious sign that we are still attempting to "tank" is in our FA signings. We didn't have to stop bringing in players after we hit the floor, but we did. They aren't coming out and saying it, but their spending doesn't exactly shy away from the idea.

You have got to tell us what you do for a living.
Just work at brussels airport, cargo handling.
Trucks, Planes (full freighters and passengers) , Dangerous goods. Exciting job, certainly seeing they only let people go and never hire anyone extra.
See how far they can go with a skeleton crew :P
Mainly cause of competition from global handlers like WFS and Swissport who try to price us out of Brussels and Amsterdam. ###### making like a 10 million € loss a year on those two stations alone for it.
Sabres sign Ruhwedel to 2-year $1.3 Mill deal

No worries, we are tanking, we need someone alongside weber to let some goals in.
