We are going to be so rediculously amazing next year with Reinhart, McDavid, Eichel, Kane, and Toews. Whoever gets to play #6 in the top six is gonna be one lucky SOB.

Haven't seen the game, but reading it was one of the best of the world cup, can some of you recap for me ? :P

Damn just saw replay, we had alot of good chances, howard played a hell of a game.
Nice goal by USA to , but by then it should have been 4 - 0 already. Probably made half of belgium ###### their pants haha.

I hope Grigs finally has the right mindset and is going to go get it. If he turns into a solid top 6 player, this franchise maybe be a year or two further along in the rebuild.

Imagine the huge bonus if he did show he was ready? I'd imagine none of us are counting on that happening.
Always been a fan, but yeah i don't expect him to make it this year. his faceoff skill alone makes me hope for the best though.

GMTM said "...they know we will be adding 2-3 very good players through the draft for the next 3-4 years." Did he just let slip that he expects us to suck for 3-4 MORE YEARS? I don't know about you guys, but a five year tank would be unbearable to me...
I also heard him say, that the foundation of the team was already there and this would be a quick rebuild.
I have a feeling he has one or two free agents coming as well.

If I were the predicting type I would have been pretty wrong about pretty much everything so far since GMTM came on board. So I'm going to not make any predictions about tomorrow because why bother :lol:
Moulson Ott and Orpik and i think everyone has been wrong on murray, but that is what keeps us excited :D

He should be very happy to be here, no pressure in his first season, and if he does well he can look at toews like 9 million a year contract in 3 yrs :D

The mismanagement was in the original contract.
Not really , the recapture penalty wasn't around when the contract was signed.

Yeah they can do well, but to make sure we suck we should hire someone to have some "accidents" happen to their star players before the season.
