    I think botteril won't trade the following Eichel: franchise guy Samson: said he liked the way he has stepped up his play O'Reilly: heard him say he was part of core multiple times. Scandella: he went to get him.

    Don't think I can say this enough, Samson is great for offensive possession. He just needs wingers that can finish. Couple of games ago, on the scandella OT goal, someone mentioned Samson making a play to keep the puck alive. tbh I don't want him gone. I don't think Botts wants him gone, he has noticed his play , even said so.

    I always thought we'd get more back, I'm disappointed but still think he isn't that bad of a player. And with luck we still get that 1st rounder.

    Yeah and if they have the salary of Thornton coming of the books and will be able to resign kane.

    When I saw hartman go, I thought now we certainly get a 1st for kane. But seems the sharks were the only ones offering.

    I'm confused now, what are the actual details of this trade ? Lottery protected or kane signing ? Now I'm reading its a 1st if they win the cup ?
