I am willing to bet that the Sabres will not be above 500 the rest of the season. I think they are probably 10 points out of 8th Place by the end of November if Housley is not fired

It was based on hope alone for Allen....i never thought he was good from the start. Eichel has still turned out to be a far bigger let down looking at what I thought he was going to be.

Between Eichel and Allen, both teams have zero hope any time soon. Are we ever allowed to have a superstar again in the city?

Getting completely outplayed again so far. I really fear goaltending is the only thing getting us wins right now.

I think i can put my finger on why i don't feel great after these wins. Even though they got the 2 points, it still feels like they are getting outplayed and outshot....by a lot. I look at this team on paper and what Housley SAYS he wants to do, and it just doesn't translate. They look boring to me and in all honestly, the Yotes looked like the better, faster team (other than goaltending.) Boring, lucky to win style of play should be over but it's not. It is very disturbing how few scoring chances this team gets. They go stretches of 10 minutes at a time and then poof, the 1 shot is a goal. I just want to see 2018 style of hockey and and Buffalo has the players to make that happen.....hopefully they get there.

I am not quite sure I can say that I have been too happy with any of the games we have played yet, wins or losses. I think I may have expected just a lot more fancy play by some of these skilled players and I have not seen it yet.

Don't get me wrong, I like the two-goal lead but I really do not think we are playing very well at all

Nothing crazy but kind of just took the credit for the Dahlin goal which you don't hear too often. He was kind of lead into it by Ray but still...

This is where it seems justified that Eichel was waaayyyy overhyped. At the time, no way did i think Austin would be better. I'm so jealous of that team and it's sickening.

Well it's not like they've actually played that great for the first three games. There has been a lot of ugly play and I think that there are plenty of rough times to come before this thing is turned around. Toronto's Stars show up every single night, that is what I would love to happen here.
