This has been some good hockey, I wasn't expecting it after the Chicago LA series, 2 OT games to start is wonderful!!!! Let's see if the kings can pull it out again.... Will they run out of magic?

The kings dominated the 3rd period, but let's be honest for a minute,.... The Rangers owned the kings for the first 40,their speed was evident and the kings were pressured into a lot of atypical mistakes defensively. Granted the shots were close until the 3rd, the rags had the better of the scoring chances through 40. Henrick looks solid and it has only been one game, I do expect LA to play better than last night but to call a sweep after an overtime game 1 is a lil premature..... I don't think the rags win, but I also don't expect the kings to roll thru as easy as expected either. Hopefully brown isn't too banged up, sometimes those injuries don't hit until 24-48 hours later. And i fully expect the kings to pick their spots and make a Ranger pay for that cheap shot.

The kings PP is abysmal tonight... Makes the sabres look like all stars

Gotta say I'm Surprised at how the Rangers made the kings look that period, they gotta get it together or they'll be outskated outta the rink

I think, just reading this thread gave me a hernia..... I think back to my few years in the service and how good of shape I was in, healthy, ate better, etc...... Now even though I have a small build/Frame I'm weighing it near 200 lbs. Granted I still look skinny (that will catch up to me) I don't have anywhere near the energy or stamina I used to.... I don't watch what I eat and play tennis as much as possible, but with a schedule that is never ever the same, I just have given up trying these days

I'm just happy that there's a different Match up this year..... I was getting sick of the Chicago /pitt/boston/Detroit.... And even tho the kings have been relevant, I'm ok with them in the finals. I think kings take it, but it will def go more than 5 games.

I think the percentage of that happening is quite low

I wish LA would win tonight however after playing 20 games already, and giving Chicago an in at home tonight, I just don't see any other outcome than a Hawks win.... They have the momentum and seem to pull it out when it really matters.

Its Friday night and no sabres.... Doubt the interest level is all that high.... I see Chicago is winning tho, are they the better team

This was a boring and then exciting game all in one.... Rangers smothered the habs for sure and deserved the win tonight..... I'm not so sure the kings can put away the Hawks yet tho

That sucked.... Cmon LA step up your game....

I have to be up at 6, I feel that I've invested so much already tho, I don't wanna sleep after watching 4 periods of this exciting game

I turned the game on when it was 2-0, wasn't expecting the kings to come back with such force... Should be an interesting 3rd period.

though the goals on talbot weren't all on him, it's true, after the rags made it close, the King should have been back in to start the 3rd

I think the inconsistencies in general are just annoying, from game to game and period to period even. I think it was the right call today, but if I was Stepan sitting on the bench with a broken jaw in that situation I would be pretty freaking unhappy. Not to mention that missed call potentially took that game outta the rags hands since it was an OT close game. This series is gettin chippy and the thuggery is starting to get up there, pretty classless throwing beer and etc at the end there as well.

I bet Moore is suspended, although 5 and a major seems excessive considering they missed the prust hit completely... I guess it was late and a high hit tho, I just wanna see more consistency

I'm alright now saying I believe this is over, talbot shouldn't have been put back in to start the 3rd and the rags look disorganized so far in this period......
