I am watching parts of this one too, wondering how bad the Bs are gonna thump the Sabres if they can do what they are doing to the Caps.

I think Adams let Ralph know he needed to see results or he would be let go. I'm not sure if that means next week when they get home or after the season. If the team wants a new hockey department head or something like that, it might not be the best time to bring in a guy. The new coach would want some assurances and you can't handcuff your new dept. head with a coach he didn't hire. This is unfortunate because it would be nice to get a guy in now and start building towards next year.

Hopefully this was one final go get em big guy to HCRK. Two more losses this weekend and he'll be out the door.

Doesn't sound like they want to make a change this year. Someone on here mentioned placing Adams behind the bench. Atleast it'll save the Pegulas some money and provide a different voice.

Listening to Hall talk last night in post game you would think the players are bought in, believe in the coaches and the system and play for each other. Begs the question: Has the career of losing just installed an auto response in Hall?His answers are crafted with just the right amount of cliches and self depreciation, acknowledging the teams failures while throwing support behind the coach and his infallible system 🤮

I get the feeling the Pegulas don't like paying money for nothing. Most owners understand its a business expense. If your gonna guarantee the contracts you just hafta let that money go, it's already gone.

The LaFontaine hiring felt great at the time. I almost felt like I did watching him play, in terms of what I thought he would do with the franchise. Ruff has been good behind the bench, I wonder if he will move up into management some day.
