So this is you sticking it back to those who celebrated what success we had? Why not? They had it coming, right? How dare they enjoy this team! It's also so very easy to say something else could have been done. How can we prove you wrong? The road not taken is always the path to glory. If I didn't know better I could say that some people...some...revel in the failure of the Sabres. But certainly no one I can think of.

You say that as if we had our choice of superstars to add. The roster is who we have and who we drafted and traded for.

The Sabres are easily the team least able to deal with disruption. They are building from rock bottom. Every time they start to find a rhythm, someone is injured or put on COVID protocol. That is not the same thing as a deep rostered playoff contender losing a couple of third or fourth-line grunts. So to use a blanket statement like you are is disingenuous.

While the bolded is true, unless you look at each team to see just what they lost and were dealing with, it's meaningless to use it as a blanket dismissal.

Nice to get closer but this was a game you had to win. Tired team, snakebit on the road, and you couldn't beat them. Sad.

Finally have the chance to comment. Everything has been said, I'm sure. One thing I will add is seeing Tuch live, he is the best Sabres player right now. He's a grown up.
