I wonder if they could give season ticket holders an RFID tag that automatically charges your card of Sabresbucks account so you can literally just walk out with your food? I'm 6' 6". But my seats up in the Uecker row are plenty roomy because the row in front of mine is so low.

Every radio station is different. At my current station, we have audio logging software record everything in low resolution just in case someone claims something was said on the air. The drive is large enough to store 3-4 years before overwriting. I don't know what WGR does. A logger is likely. I don't know if they specifically archive sports broadcasts or how far back they'd go. Obviously recording technology changed dramatically in recent years from the days of tape.

I wouldn't count on Quinn returning to the Sabres this year. Even after recovery he won't be in game shape.

The nonsense is this need to be right all along about Adams, Granato and Pegula. Despite the improvements this team has seen, and it's prospect pool, some people still feel it's all a mirage and can't wait for the house of cards to collapse.

How can you love your own players too much while failing to trade them for better players? If you don't think your prospects are that good, then how do you expect to get better players in trade? Don't other GMs know what you have?

I struck out on my own at 44 when I left my last job 20 years ago. I worked in broadcasting and I knew the field was circling the drain, even then, and I'd never make a living wage again. I don't know what your skills are but if you can go the contractor/consultant route, consider it.

See if you can get someone to write down that your age is a reason you're not being hired, then get a good lawyer.
