  1. At least his arena is free of germs !
  2. I saw them at a bar(unintentionally) in Winnemucca in 1979.
  3. What is right for one person may not be right for another in the artificial disc vs the fusion. Disc problems can have underlying issues above and beyond the disc.If there is instability as an underlying issue then the fusion is the best course usually. If the soft tissue is super stable outside of the disc itself then artificial is likely the way to go. ...Then there are the in between cases.
  4. oh here we go...Bye bye Coyotes. Hello 'Guardians'
  5. OK--sounds reasonable to me.......I assume next step is tough, solid 2 way players who are vets and know how to win. Sprinkle in some flashier goal scorers as the opportunity comes hope.
  6. PITT WASH BOSTON hardly ever drop off for more than 1 season . They are like the steelers,ravens,pats,colts... Forget the rebuilding..hardly ever works. Get solid tough vets in there and learn how to win again
  7. Good common sense. Make it retractable as well for Sept games.
  8. In the AHL---are the sabres top half or bottom half?
  9. they need to learn to play a whole game. then things will turn around fast.
  10. good point. the eternal bottom 3. endless high draft picks. zero results. how do other franchises who are consistently good and get no high draft picks do it?--maybe we oughta look at the sabres from 72--2010 for some clues
  11. Canadian Bacon if you really want to know.
  12. NE is playing great ball. Lets hope the Bills play great against them.
  13. Yes. At this point NE is the best team .And fortunately the 2nd best team-INDY-Just lost to TB so they may not get in cuz of their slow start. I think the Bills -esp Josh--Need to play a very disciplined game to have a chance vs NE . BB takes not greatly talented QBs and trains them fresh out of college before they develope bad habits. And turns them into QBing machines.
  14. I see Mitts as a 15 20 man. Skilled but not very athletic.
  15. last yr is what i was referring to
  16. I would exchange 'win' for 'be competitive'.. To me Krebs has the highest ceiling. Tuch is really solid. Mitts---I hope so but not sure what people see in him.
  17. Knox is the kinda guy the fans love. Comes into the league.Cant catch but rumbles down the field like a freight train when he does hang onto it. He works his butt off the next offseason and the receiving skills improve a lot. And he knocks people over like Larry Czonka used to.
  18. NO beat TB at home.Yes there are injuries. But this is not a bad team. Bills deserve some credit .
  19. We now have 2 AHL teams .The last 10 yrs ..oi vay
  20. OK..some progress. The D was good. The offense was at least getting quicker releases from Josh overall..and running on a consistent level(frequency)-enough to keep the D honest. back to basics was helpful. PS--the saints are not a bad team
  21. ...You may have a point with the not enough balls to go around...-But Sanders is a helluva receiver. I think the problem is not about RBs and WRs. I think the problem is coaching/ and JAs lack of development this year.
  22. I agree--and would add that the hiring good people is the toughest thing.
  23. right down the road in pittsburgh they have consistent yr after yr hockey and football. they do things the right way.Pegula needs to study those teams. Its going on 10 yrs now?/ longer? Ultimately its his decisions that are important.
  24. Buffalo Bills football always turns to crud in the end. After all the enthusiasm and high 5s and blowouts of bad teams the past couple of years. One good rule is to not take the 1st half of the season too seriously cuz things change fast. And Houston goes into TENN..
