There is clearly some sort of internal "culture" problem. McDermott can not keep things together, Diggs stomps around like a little kid on the verge of a tantrum, Josh lately looks like he was told the night before he was going to be a father by a woman whose first name he is unsure of, and there are a large handful of princesses who parade into the stadium in outfits that must take a lot of focus to select, tailor and acquire.

I was not on board with signing P. Kane and still would not be if it weren't for the obvious fact that our forwards forgot the stick doesn't work when placed up their butts. If the coaches can't figure out how to get the PP solid, then perhaps talent can. I would be alright for 2 years but the guy better not be a princess that affects the team - unless it leads to a coaching staff turnover.

I see. So it's only a coincidence that at the same marker for the past three seasons they have nearly an identical record when in reality, despite what we are seeing, the team is indeed improved and trending toward a playoff berth. Given that; the appropriate action right now would be to hold and see how the team does over the next 15 games.

Another perspective: last year after 15 they were 7th in GF and this year they are 21st.
