Not to sound cliche, but these past two games the Rangers are playing inspired hockey. OMG, Pittsburgh with elbows flying everywhere. Never really cared for the Rangers much, but these past two games have been really good. Pierre sucks for class.

WTF. This Montreal game sucks. Montreal fans are awful. Looks like the Lightning should just concede the series to the Habs because the league clearly wants them to win this series. I was pulling for Montreal initially, just to keep a Canadian team in the playoffs, but Montreal is dirty, the fans are cruel, and the NHL's bias are all on display this period and is disgusting.

The first period last night is typical of the "adjusted" Miller. His reactions seem slower, his positioning is off, and he seems unable to track the puck at times. It's a major adjustment for a guy who played the same way for a decade, but he was getting the hang of it as the game pressed on. Baptism by fire.

Something like that for sure. I noticed his style had changed since after the first week with the Blues. I thought it was maybe just the life upheaval, but it makes sense he was forced to change his approach. Explains a lot.

So refreshing to watch solid hockey.
