I'm a big believer in character and chemistry and the Panthers are an excellent illustration of how that works. Reinhart wouldn't be the player he is today on Buffalo. The Rat King just fit into that environment like he went home. JJP wasn't a fit here. Okay. There are others still here who don't fit, either. These two new guys seem like good kids, and they've had to work and be patient in earning their opportunities. The value of that is always immeasurable but evident if, or once, the pieces fall into place.
