I guess Murray has bought into the Sabres can only have bad luck belief so he had to believe Ehrhoff would retire that one specific year that would hurt the Sabres the most if he traded him.

It's only if he retires in 2020 and if he was traded prior to then. Or something like that.

I don't like your tone - I might have to go post in the other thread instead. ;) By 2020 the cap will probably be 100 mil and there is only one possible way the cap recapture really comes into play then anyway so it isn't worth thinking about. When does this current CBA expire?
