Some of this may have been mentioned before but here goes: 
  
HGH doping tests will start for the 2013-14 season.  They can be done at traiining camp and anytime during the season. 
  
All players on veteran contracts get their own room on the road. 
  
Days off: must get 4 per month and day before and day after Christmas Day off. 
  
A neutral arbitrator will handle appeals of any suspension if 6 or more games. (use to be Bettman) 
  
Pension fund:  If player has 10 or more years in the league they'll get $200,000/year starting at age 62.  Pro-rata basis for players with less than 10 years. 
  
Revenue sharing increases from 4.5% of revenue to 6.1%.  The teams with the most revenue will contribute 50% to the pool.  Large market teams like Islanders will now get revenue sharing.  A Committee has been set up to monitor the money, 4 people from NHL and 3 from NHLPA. 
  
And a weird one:  The NHL will pay the fee players pay the State when they play in Nashville ($2,500 per game)
