Nope. It's a disgrace that he didn't play his whole career here. He should have retired a Sabre. Unforgivable that this organization was too amateur to make it happen.

The argument against Risto at this point seems pretty simple: every other player on this team besides him, despite either lacking talent or experience, is playing better hockey. So what's his excuse?

Don't sleep on Cozens becoming a physical force. He's shown pretty clearly that he doesn't shy away from contact and he's very aggressive in the dirty areas. If the kid from the Yukon continues to fill out physically you might be looking at the total package, a player nearly as talented as Eichel but full to the brim with grit.

I had to put my cat down this afternoon. It's been an emotional day. These kids picking up a fun win tonight was something I really needed. Grateful.

He's done a really nice job given that he's not an NHL goalie and hasn't been in years. But they've been riding him pretty hard and it was bound to catch up. Even an NHL goalie would struggle playing so many games in a row on this condensed schedule. Nothing but respect for what Tokarski has managed to do.
