No one needs to be told how the legal process works. The only people who jump in with these "innocent until proven guilty" comments are people with an axe to grind about things like "cancel culture" or think "rape victims should speak up sooner" or whatever else is rotting their brains on Facebook.

He's not the first journeyman goalie to get hot for a few games, and he won't be the last. Can't we just enjoy it for what it is?

I like this whole experiment because a good team should give pretty much any NHL caliber goalie a chance to win every night. These kids learning that it's possible to win with some random guy in net is a good thing. They'll remember it and they'll remember what it took.

I think, given the situation, not accepting losing is madness. I mean, you're going to be unhappy if Houser can't get them the W tonight? Be real.

However things shake out for the coaching situation, as well as the roster, it's impossible to say that this team isn't more fun to watch. They're giving an honest effort every night and that makes it a lot easier to accept the losing.

I think it has more to do with how players are approaching scoring. Goalies have sorta backed themselves into a corner by being too good, so now you have to finish every play standing on top of the goalie on the off chance the puck squirts loose. So guys are falling all over goalies, crashing into them, getting pushed into them by the defenders. It's very dangerous as a goalie to put yourself in vulnerable positions to make a save. Frankly it's a testament to goalie fitness and training that there aren't more injuries.

The only people I know who are harping on side effects are anti-vaxxers and homeopathy quacks. My aunt has been a practicing Naturopathic Doctor for 40+ years. She went and got the vaxx because she's not an idiot. Alternative medicine has its limits.

I'm not so sure. I think they're still playing good hockey, they're just losing. It's a marked difference from Krueger where they just flat out sucked to watch.

Nope. It's a disgrace that he didn't play his whole career here. He should have retired a Sabre. Unforgivable that this organization was too amateur to make it happen.

I have never gotten over the Sabres trading him and I never will.
