There are a lot of things about the inner workings of this team that we aren't privy to. One thing that I think will be interesting to watch for is players that are moved that don't make a lot of sense. There are, from what I have heard hinted at, an inordinate number of players on this team with clinical mental health issues. Depression, anxiety, etc. And they all feed into a general culture of malaise. More than a team sports psychologist can handle. One such move has already been made, though most will not object to it...

It's going to be really good to have guys like him and Ullmark on the team.

I mean, we've done a lot of talking about Dahlin. The trade is completely uninteresting to me. But his aversion to the CHL is fascinating.

I don't see why it wouldn't be more likely that he's moved after the Sabres pay him his bonus. Would seem like any team trading for him would prefer to do so after the 1st.

I have no real opinion on the pick other than that it appears that we're trying to make this team feel like home for our Swedes. Buffalo may need to step its restaurant game up.
