This makes more sense now. They learned their lesson last year when they literally had to sign guys off the street, so they load up on experience and character to fill their depth. I really think they still want someone like Giorgiev or Kahkonen to come in and have the opportunity to run with the job.

Truth. We're going to get someone KA says "plays the game the Sabre way." I'm disappointed - but with Reinhart's RFA status maybe we should have been prepared for this. Look at the return for Buchnevich. He's the same age as SR, RFA status, and had a solid year on the stat sheet - and he fetched a middle 6 FWD and a 2nd.
