Practice Lines 12/7/25; Noah Östlund returned to Amerks

I'd take a young Matt Martin over a young Jordan Greenway any day. That's the point though. Nobody thought Wilson had that in him in his earlier days. Greenway's just a big slow lug who takes shifts off when he doesn't feel like it. - Today

Tom Wilson is a really good hockey player. Jordan Greenway is Temu Matt Martin. -

He's been dropping off the last few games. Let him spend some time in Rochester and get his tires pumped up. -
Yeah, awesome, great timing for the Bills.

It feels awesome to see KC implode!

4. And he's a plus 3 somehow. So expecting it'll just be a matter of time before @Doohickie's telling us all how he should be playing every night. 😉 -

The concept isn't flawed. This is how Washington turned Tom Wilson into a productive player rather than just a wrecking ball. But Greenway is no Tom Wilson. -
I think it is now. I do think when they hired Ruff Terry and Kevyn thought they would start winning. That they had the pieces in place. Terry may have decided now Ruff was a mistake and he will get the blame. Whether or not Adams goes with him remains to be seen but I certainly hope so. Mind you, if Terry still controls the next guy it really won't matter and might even get worse.

Statistics is how. It's a reflection of shots faced and league averages.

Straight Talk: 1st Line: what do Sabres really have on this roster?
LGR4GM replied to Spoonman's topic in The Aud Club
I agree, I think it's a transition year. -
Who decides these goals that shouldn't have gone in? I'd really like to know how that judgement is made.

Those lines suck. Greenway on the top line? -
I would bet that every sack he’s taken this year has been a coverage sack. I’m sure that’s hyperbole but it’s pretty close I bet.
-
Would take a lot of pressure off Josh, and open up the running game even more.

I kinda think the Greenway on the first line is a good choice against Calgary. Their D is huge. We know Tuch and Tage can play together and Greenway is useless everywhere else. I like it. -
Could you imagine how good the Bills would look if they had one of the Bengals top two receivers?… just one? Damn. Really fun game.
-
Exactly, you cannot have the best at every position.
-
And I hope that message sticks in their heads should they meet again in the playoffs.
-
Doink, hahaha
-
I think they are going to go bitch slap the Patriots next week and send a message

Has Metsa actually been in for any games? That may have completely snuck past me. -
With a geriatric QB and a sieve for a defense. The Bengals scored 38+ in back to back games and lost them both. That hadn't happened since 1966.

Living where I do, I can not tell you how happy I would be if NE melts down and blows the division. I’m surprised NE hasn’t hit a rough patch yet like most teams are prone to at some point during the season. Perhaps it’s time.
