Hoss Posted June 24, 2016 Report Share Posted June 24, 2016 Speaking of Kessel, there was just a cool story about Pittsburgh making a decision on Kessel vs Oshie on NHL Network. There was talk last year about Pittsburgh sitting alone on the draft floor and Rutherford getting into a heated argument with other staffers. Some staffers were trying to convince GMJR to offer the package they gave to Toronto to St. Louis for Oshie instead. Rutherford refused and got Kessel. Safe to say it was the right move.
