Such. A. Good. Move.

When Ryan O'Reilly won his Lady Byng award, he mentioned his older brother Cal...

"My brother Cal, I did everything he did growing up, and he really showed me how to play and really respect the game."

They are very close. I am sure everyone has seen the workout video of them. They do everything together. They hold each other accountable. They push each other to reach new heights. They talk about it at the beginning of the video, in interviews and articles. Even with Cal most likely being in Rochester, it's such a savvy move for Tim Murray to do this. Ryan O'Reilly will be moving to the other side of the country. He's been in Colorado since he was 17-18 years old.

Now his best friend and brother will be an hour down the thru-way, if/when he needs him.

Some people might laugh at this, but this should not be overlooked or scoffed at. It's huge. I know many brothers who have played hockey, and the times they were at their best or achieved their most success, was when they were near each other and together. This will be beneficial and positive.
