Great Article on Philly's losing ways. 100 seasons (bball, hockey, fball, roundball) and no winner since 1983. Buffalo gets mentioned at 73, 53, and 44.

Makes you feel just a little better.. just a little...

Hockey playoffs are officially over with no Sabres and no Sabre castoffs left.. So sad..

That's incorrect. Stu Barnes is with Dallas. He's injured but it still counts. He played the 1st two rds. He has concussion type symptoms currently.

We'd probably have just as many losing seasons if we had a major league baseball and basketball team. :wallbash:

In defense of the Phillies, they have been around since 1890. Losing 10,000 games has as much to do with longevity as ineptitude, although that certainly has played a part. Every team will lose 10,000 games eventually.

It was nice seeing the moments the Sabres knocked the Flyers out, in particular in 1998 after they had made it to the Cup.

But as a Phillies fan, a lot of those on the list made me cringe.
