He's playing his first full season on one of the most dysfunctional Sabres teams of all time. He drives to the net and he's really our only forward who throws big hits. I've been fine with him this year.
He definitely wasn't complaining about the city of Buffalo having high expectations. C'mon, don't turn into Jerry Sullivan and find something egregious about every quote.
I'm sorry that sarcastically pointing out that no one expected the Sabres to magically turn into a contender with a new coach offended your delicate sensibilities. I wish you a speedy recovery.

If a statement that innocuous (and obviously true) is enough to send the team into an existential meltdown, it's a lost cause and we have to pretty much clear out the whole roster.
