Yes it does. I have read that Beane has had heated discussions with the Pegula's but he seems to win and can back it up. I just don't understand how they can not hire a quality NHL GM

The big difference between the league is that rookies in the NFL can contribute right away....late round picks can come in and play and in 2-3 years can be solid players. Sabres 1st pick and 1st overall is not even playing this year. 1st overall pick in the NFL usually plays right away
