Lots of jobs do a criminal background check on applicants. If there are several qualified candidates I would say that it is in the business's best interest to hire the qualified candidate with a clean record over the candidate with a conviction, from a liability standpoint.

In my experience it seems that they tend to be in the more rural areas and gas is more expensive in rural areas. Not sure if that's just a coincidence or not. My wife's family lives in the Albany area and my sense is that Stewart's is just a steady, calming presence. The only forward that seems to do better playing with 11 Fs is Olofsson. He seems to put in a little more effort and backchecks better. Weird, huh?
