I'm an OSU alum and Ohio native so I feel inclined to defend C'bus because it's a great city. Big city? Yes. Not like NYC, or Chicago but the population is now approaching 1,000,000 in the city proper which is 14th in the U.S. and when they were awarded the franchise it was the 18th largest city in the U.S. It's a very underrated city with a booming job market, great restaurant scene, and bustling nightlife which has contributed to it being one of the fastest growing major cities in the country. Its central location draws fans from all over the state of Ohio, the 7th most populous state in the country. I have a soft spot for the CBJ as an Ohio native and root for them if it doesn't conflict with the Sabres. Also, IMO, their 3rd is the best uniform in the league. All that said, I hope we win 8-1 and Tage scores 6 goals.

Reimer has been great, but he's going to be 38 and struggled the previous two seasons. Love what he's done for us, but counting on him to repeat this performance at his age is an extremely risky proposition.

His last 10 games in OTT: 0 Goals, 4 Assists, -4 I've watched chunks of 2 of their games in that period, the same issues we saw here a recurring there. It's looking less like a Cozens/Sabres problem and more like a Dylan Cozens problem.

Hang a "Hockey Heaven" banner outside KBC and wait for elite players to be banging down the door to sign up.

He's probably my favorite current Sabre and a throwback to those really good mid-late 2000's Sabres teams.

It wasn't a large group, but there were some posters here that were saying he should be traded or that he wasn't really all that good earlier this season.

This is a completely different team from just a few weeks ago. It's bizarre.

It's so frustrating to think where this team could be if they could have avoided, or at least limited, those 3 long losing streaks. Oh well, will just enjoy them playing some good hockey.

I still cannot believe there were people that either were indifferent towards or didn't want Tuch on this team. He is a very good all around hockey player.
