Did his leg injury heal? Achilles if I remember right.

According to Pierre Lebrun, Sabres have interest in Brett Pesce.

Well, I can't see Kulich, Savoie or Ostland being moved, to soon is my guess as KA most likely likes what he's seen from Kulich and Savoie and Ostland really need to be assessed more beyond their current leagues and maturity. Just my opinion is all though. I also can't see the 13th over all being moved either, since KA's mantra is draft and develop. I really see the 2nd rd picks and B prospects as the capitol in the organization. He used Josh Bloom last season for example. But again, it's just me guessing based on those things. Also, I I'm really not tethered to big names like Pesce and Hanifin. I see Murphy out of Chicago as a more reasonable situation given contract $ and term. A deal something along those lines is my hunch. But again, who knows really? KA, that's who lol -

With the re-signing of both KO and Z I don't see KA trading any of the forward roster players. I think he even said he was looking to re-sign Jost as well. And why not, they were the 3rd highest scoring team in the league last season and the kids are only going to develop and grow more. If anything, I see prospects (not top end) and draft picks as the capitol to address the D. Most likely at the draft. That's just my take on it though, but who knows, it could happen. -

Of course we support them. For myself in any event, my wife owns one of the larger daycare centers in the area. She's seen it all, parents that are unsoppurtive as well as employees who were terminated for quietly, without parents knowledge, pushing their lifestyle unto children, some as young as 4 to 6 yrs old in some cases. If you don't believe individuals are doing so or attempting to do so (shrugs), ok. In any event, it gets off topic for the thread, but yes, I personally believe the NHL is fine holding these events, I see nothing wrong with it in the larger picture of society.

Fair statement. Of course, there's more than an abundance of video and audio evidence in the public forum to state as fact that some are in point of fact, grooming kids in this particular subject. So, my body, my choice, I agree with that, also, my children, my choice, I agree with that to.

I just don't see what the big deal is here. Players that wish to support should be able to, players that don't, shouldn't have to. Free will is an amazing concept, but o see no reason to cancel an event that's been accepted and happening for some time now. But....meh, what do I know really, I just go to or watch the games on TV for the hockey anyways.

Calgary has a straight out player revolt on their hands. Seravelli reporting multiple players will not re-sign in Calagary. Lindholm, Toffoli, Backlund, Hanifin, Tanev.......I mean, holy chit batman.

A Top 4 Defenseman is Adams Top Priority per Lebrun
Scottysabres replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
I do believe it's going to come down to Murphy from Chicago or Pesce. Murphy's 3 yrs left @ 4.4 AAV fits the Financials I can see Adams liking. And I can see Chicago wanting futures without a massive overpayment. I am just unaware of Murphy's game, would it be the right fit? I'll leave that to others to answer. Pesce on the other hand, that contract extension....I'm not hopeful. Not to mention the assets most likely to acquire him. The conversations on D are entertaining though, so there's that 😀 -
Florida straight out dick punched them in that series. They brought the Rabi and said......snip snip mofo's 🤣

I would say let Quinn accept the 13M/yr offer, take the four 1st's and run, we have a pipeline already grooming a good amount to replace him, four 1st's fits Adams plan perfectly as the "longterm success strategy". 😀

They should sign Jost to a year as well, completing the do over. No reason to rush the guys in the pipeline, playoffs are the goal and it's achievable with this group...... -

I don't believe it's a failure to recognize Ullmark as a possibility. I do believe Ullmark would not come to Buffalo. He knows he'll be just a couple year filler for Levi, so, for a player clawing to stick as a team's #1 goalie, do people honestly believe Ullmark is just going to accept being a short term mentor grooming a young player to take his job? I don't believe so. Do any of you?

It's the "downstate" MO, take from WNY what they want, when they want. It's been that way my entire life.
