  1. No worries, in the next Granato interview he'll tell us how the team is upbeat, haven't lost their confidence. 🤣
  2. If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times (and probably have 🤣), Pesce
  3. Looks like tonight is the "let's screw Clifton" night lol
  4. Oh hey, a game day. Nice. Maybe someone has told them the season started. Go Sabres!
  5. For the most part I thought those that chimed in here during the game gave good feedback on what they were seeing. Outside of a couple of posters throwing freshly squeezed swimmers at one another, it was a good read on what we see in the team (if you 2 can clean up the floor now, before someone slips and gets hurt, that'd be great). On to the next, let's see if they respond.
  6. Yep. 81 games to go, buy we saw spurts of this last season to. Was kind of hoping they learned their lesson after falling 2 pts shy, guess not.
  7. The Rangers own the Sabres tonight. Smothering them. They are playing with more aggression. They have hemmed Buffalo in their own end for long stretches of the game. Buffalo has bo answer. Even when they get the puck, they panic or are immediately overwhelmed. The coaching staff is in large part responsible for countering the Rangers style of play, they haven't. I hope they figure it out as the season progresses.
  8. They've spent a majority of the game in their own end, passes are a part of the issue for sure. But I'm noticing no urgency in puck battles and an inability to control some play for longer than 8 to 10 seconds. Not saying it's a season long problem in the opener, but it's definitely a clear sign of being unprepared to play tonight, the season opener, at home no less.
  9. Yelp, that will about seal the deal. I question whether or not they'll even score a goal tonight. They've spent forever in their own end.
  10. Buffalo spending way to much tome in their own zone. Where is the offense?
  11. Well, not a disaster but not the start we need to be seeing. Power was horrible for sure, contract hangover? The refs didn't help any. Looks like we've replaced some goal scoring with some highlight reel hits though. Let's get those 2 back in the 2nd and add Benson's 3 for the rooks 1st Hattie to boot. My optimistic prediction, Buf 5 Rags 2 by the end of 2.
  12. Tough period for the boys. Not good enough. Come on boys, wake the hell up.
  13. Hoping for more energy along the O boards. Seeing to many puck battle losses. Tighten it boys!
  14. That's actually good term and AAV. Well done Kyven, we'll done.
  15. To be fair, sounds like it was....top down...from date of hire on, just sayin....
  16. It is baffling.
  17. Ya, what he said...... Where did all those Peter puffers go? No one defending?
  18. That'll work. Now let's get busy.
  19. It's a long season yet. Lose one here, one there. Just make the playoffs, anything can happen.
  20. Thanks. Ya, they have to be tired, all that time on the field, the travel impact. Just a bad scenario. Needed the offense to hold the ball for longer times of possession.
  21. I'd be interested to see how much time the Buffalo D spent on the field today. They did amazing work, but the offense.......does Dorsey know he can adjust his game plan during the game to try and get better results?
